Beginning with the initial sourcing of an investment and throughout its development, Centennial dedicates a team of investment professionals to assist management teams in growing their businesses. As part of our involvement we participate on each company’s board of directors. With a focused group of portfolio companies, we hold a limited number of board seats, enabling us to maximize our support for each enterprise.

In addition to the capabilities and network of contacts of our investment professionals, Centennial Ventures has developed a group of resources called People, Plans, Money and Partners. These resources are designed to aid our portfolio companies in recruiting senior executives and directors, developing strategic plans, raising debt and equity capital, and attracting strategic partners.
