To help portfolio companies create strategic relationships, we established Centennial Strategic Partners (CSP), under the direction of Sean White, President. CSP is comprised of 12 leading companies with over $75 million of capital commitments to our funds and an advisory relationship with Francis McInerney of North River Ventures.
CSP is a targeted venture program that facilitates transactions among our strategic partners and portfolio companies. CSP’s corporate partners are wireless and wireline carriers, equipment manufacturers, content providers and other strategic service companies. Relationships facilitated by CSP include sales and supply contracts, distribution arrangements and direct investments. CSP profiles each strategic partner and portfolio company for their specific strategies and tactical focus. From this research, partnering opportunities are identified. CSP then works closely with our strategic partners and portfolio companies to turn opportunities into commercial relationships. |
